Ask Agam

Terms of Service

The short version: Ask Agam is a voice-based companion app for children. Adults set up the account and consent on the child's behalf. Use it kindly. Don't try to reverse-engineer it. We don't guarantee perfect uptime, but we'll try.

1. Who can use Ask Agam

Ask Agam is intended for children under 13, with a parent or legal guardian's account and consent. By creating an account, you (the parent) confirm you are over 18 and have legal authority to consent for the child using the app.

2. Subscription and billing

3. Acceptable use

Ask Agam is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

4. The conversation experience

Agam is an AI companion designed to encourage curiosity and thinking. She is not a tutor, therapist, or substitute for adult care. She may make mistakes. Don't rely on her for medical, legal, or safety-critical information. If your child shares something concerning during a session, you can review the transcript in the parent settings, and you may also receive an alert via the email or phone you provided at onboarding.

5. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is". We don't promise:

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue.

6. Privacy

We treat your child's data carefully. See our Privacy Policy for details. By using the app, you accept the privacy policy.

7. Termination

You can stop using Ask Agam at any time. Cancel your subscription through Apple. You can delete all your child's data from the parent settings. We can also terminate accounts that violate these terms (we will email you if we do, except for emergency situations).

8. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app and via the email associated with your Apple ID. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes go to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. If you are a US consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
